Final Product Special Instructions:Assist in organizing October 27 community fair. Duties include following up with vendors, solicting donations, arranging activities, etc. Also assist attendants at community outreach events with general health information, completing forms, giving directions, reading stories.

Requirements

The CP requests emergency contact information.In case of emergency while at agency
Evaluations/surveys will be requested by community partner to be completed by students.
at the end of the shift for the health fair to improve future health fairs
Students are not allowed to take pictures or video.
