Final Product Special Instructions:Assist with activities in maintaining and increasing membership by tracking memberships, sending invoices and following up with printing and sending membership letters and items. Assist in the development and implementation of fundraising activities. Contact schools and interest groups to schedule visits either at the park or at the schools to provide educational experience and introduce Woodlands Consevancy to new audiences. Write Press Releases for activities and assist in the writing and layout of the hard copy newsletter as well as E-Newsletter.
This service activity is availble for Service learning students Intern students Volunteers.
Other requirement: Prefer individuals with experience with graphics programs e.g., photoshop, illustrator and/or indesign, Office including Word, Publisher, Excel

Part-time in office; part-time can be off-site to write letters, make phone calls, run errands, etc.

Students track their hours at site: Utilize a timesheet for tracking hours worked
Students will work unsupervised:Student will have opportunities to work without direct supervision following training and onsite direct supervision over time.
