Students track their hours at site: Google doc form.
Week1: Orientation, learn about projects, and ph monitoring. Discuss final deliverable.
Week2: Meet twice weekly to help with farm tasks.
Week4: Visit MQV aquaponic system.
Week5: Construct home aquaponic system.
Week9: Review projects.
Week12: Review learned skills.
End of semester holiday bowling party.
