Requirements

Background Checks is Required. Report to the NOPD and complete the background check. The school can provide the form if necessary.
The CP requests emergency contact information.Emergency contact information will only be used if the community partner has an emergency at the school site (e.g. illness where the partner cannot drive).
Students are not allowed to take pictures or video.
