Other requirement: Student must have access to a computer and the internet. Training will be provided by the supervisor and the Innovative Learning Center.
Students allowed to take pictures or video.
Specific Policies: Because the site works with so many types of stakeholders, it is imperative that interns ask before posting materials that may be intellectual property.
Students may do this work from home, though training will happen on campus.
Check-in at the site: Each week, students will report on their activities and number of hours.
Students track their hours at site: Hours can be tracked by log-in times on the website or at the archival libraries.
Students will work unsupervised:The intern may have to write emails to software developers to fix programming bugs or call archivists to schedule time to work with materials.
