Descriptions: The Greeter is the first face that anyone sees when they enter the clinic. Therefore, greeter should be ready at the front desk at all times throughout shift to greet patients, answer questions and assist front desk staff. Greeter is always responsible to welcome every person into the building and ask the reason for their visit. The greeter will have extensive training to ensure they can answer patients questions and understand the mission and operations of the clinic. Other responsibilities are listed below.

Qualifications: 1. Experience interacting with people from diverse backgrounds.
2. Ability to juggle multiple tasks/use good judgment to establish priorities.
3. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to relate positively to wide variety of people
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Ability to work in culturally diverse, patient-centered, holistic atmosphere.
6. Operation of electronic office machines
7. Capacity to learn on the job and solve problems independently.
8. Detail-oriented, excellent organizational skills
