Descriptions: Students will help set up, run activities, and clean up at NOTC foot racing events.

Final Product Special Instructions:Students will help NOTC put on its many road races. Students will help with water stations, registration, finish line, refreshments, and at t-shirt stations. They will help with event set up and clean up at races. Foot races occur just about every weekend (28-30 races a year).

Requirements

If rainy weather, please bring rain gear. Race will be closed if weather is extreme, but will proceed in rain.
Students allowed to take pictures or video.

Location and Travel

At various sites in New Orleans area where races are held.

Supervision and Risk

Check-in at the site: See Martha George to sign in (including signing waiver) and for orientation.
Students track their hours at site: Bring time sheet which volunteer coordinator will sign off at end of shift.
