Final Product Special Instructions:? Assist with distributions of electronic & written announcements ? Maintain Programs, Marketing and Communication office administrative files ? Assist with administrative support to all senior staff when requested ? Provide personnel and/or administrative support for events outside of business hours such as but not limited to: o Festival events and activities o Special events o Program events ? Assist with database maintenance, including but not limited to press listings and industry listings ? Assist with writing of Foundation press releases ? Assist with sponsorship & grant proposals as needed ? Assist with communications outside of the Foundation as assigned ? Assist with the maintenance of the Foundation website as assigned

Requirements

The CP requests emergency contact information.It will be used in Emergency situations only when the student cannot speak for him/herself or at the request of the student.
Students allowed to take pictures or video.
Specific Policies: We do have a confidentiality statement we ask students to sign as some information they may work with might be sensitive.

Availability

Location and Travel

Work will principally occur at the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Headquarters, but might also occur other places such as festival or other event locations.

Supervision and Risk

Check-in at the site: Check in with Supervisor
Students track their hours at site: Students will be asked to maintain a time-sheet and have it regularly reviewed by the supervisor
