The position includes the following three objectives: Objective 1: Design an appealing and versatile iWitness Pollution Map logo. The map is an interactive community tool on our website that maps out where any type of industrial pollution accident report has been made. Objective 2: Design an attention-grabbing Billboard advertisement for the iWitness Pollution Map and other advertisements including communications materials and flyers. Objective 3: Empowerment of residents to take action when an accident occurs. This includes focus group discussions with youth to help us learn more about what kids think about the iWitness Pollution Map and better ways for us to engage them. Different mediums and marketing strategies to promote the map, to remind community members to take samples, and to instruct on what to do when accidents happen.
