Descriptions: While completing an internship at the Hope Lodge, interns are expected to interact with guests, report any facility problems or areas that need attention to the manager, organize files, answer phones, work at the front desk, distribute flyers, give tours, drive shuttle, clean, confirm reservations, make reservations, and check guests in and out of the Lodge.
