Finger Print is Required.Will be processed
Background Checks is Required. Will conduct through outside vendor.
Other requirement: Willingness to work with students and demonstrated knowledge in reading and math.
The CP requests emergency contact information.In case of emergency
Evaluations/surveys will be requested by community partner to be completed by students.
Maybe program evaluation
Students allowed to take pictures or video.
Specific Policies: Sign waiver photos are allowed.
