Final Product Special Instructions:Outreach activities will include providing a combination of guided hikes on Saturday mornings and providing or scheduling and coordinating special events. Individual will develop and implement a weekly activity program along with a marketing strategy to get increased community awareness and participation in taking weekly hikes on Woodlands Trail.

Evaluations/surveys will be requested by community partner to be completed by students.
A brief evaluation and statement that could be used to improve Woodlands Conservancy as a site and used to market Woodlands Conservancy for future interns. Students allowed to take pictures or video.
Availability Requirements:Weekday hours between 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. and Saturday mornings
Minimum Service Hours per month: 20

Orientation will occur at Woodlands site to familiarize student with physical facility and office facilities. Research and program formation would likely be conducted at Tulane and off-site. Implementation of Hiking for your Health would be conducted on-site weekly, once program was put into action. Grant writing could be done both in office and off-site.
