Descriptions: Assist with updating the (soon to be launched) Collins C. Diboll Viuex Carré Digital Survey: data-entry of City of New Orleans Notarial Archives real estate records creation of new records as needed; digital imaging of photographs, plans, drawings etc. as needed; editing/fact checking of existing records; some primary-source research.
Product of Partnership: There is no stand-alone product, however all online database records created by the intern will be checked for accuracy and completeness.
Final Product Special Instructions:Data entry, e-records creation and updating, fact checking, some digital imaging, some primary source research. Work is for the "Collins C. Diboll Vieux Carré Digital Survey" which can be accessed online from the hnoc.org homepage beginning 01/24/2012. Project work will continue after this date (updating the db is an ongoing process).

Evaluations/surveys will be requested by community partner to be completed by students.
All THNIOC interns are required to write a short evaluation of their internship experience as a matter of policy. These are reviewed and kept on file by program coordinators as part their own self-evaluation process.
Students are not allowed to take pictures or video.
