Requirements

Other requirement: a passion for service and communtiy work
The CP requests emergency contact information.In case there is an emergency while student is at agency
Evaluations/surveys will be requested by community partner to be completed by students.
by the ED ongoing informally and then at the end to reflect on the experience and offer feedback for quality improvement.
Students are not allowed to take pictures or video.
