Descriptions: The Boys Hope Girls Hope of New Orleans Intern Program supports the Mission and Values of Boys Hope Girls Hope by assisting staff in the daily functioning of the home, with particular emphasis on supporting academic success and community involvement of the scholars. BHGH New Orleans Interns are part of a team of professionals and will assume varying degrees of direct responsibility for the care of scholars. BHGH New Orleans Interns are expected to execute these responsibilities in a professional manner, acting at all times as a positive adult mentor and role model to the scholars. The intern will assist the staff with the running of the home, engaging scholars in community service, and academic support.
Product of Partnership: The final project will be discussed with each individual intern.
