Descriptions: ? Attend all BART & Health Living trainings ? Co-facilitate BART & Healthy Living curriculum with Health Educator; provide appropriate, intellectually stimulating instruction of BART & Healthy Living curriculum in each class by taking into consideration the unique abilities of students. ? Maintain and uphold fidelity. ? Mandatory check-ins to Health Educator and Program Coordinator. ? Monitor the behavior of students and classroom operations in terms of absenteeism, tardiness, and discipline. ? Attend all program meetings in regards to the co-facilitator position, including ?teach-back? training sessions, classroom preparation, weekly program update meetings ? Maintain general filing system and file all correspondence. ? ?aintain inventory of office supplies. ? Data entry and data scrubbing for the 4Real Health program.

Check-in at the site: Students will need to check in with their site supervisor.
