Descriptions: Save Our Cemeteries is looking for an intern or longer-term volunteer to assist in cemetery preservation. Activities will include stabilization, maintenance & restoration of historic ironwork, cemetery tombs & vaults.
Historic preservation experience preferred, but training is provided. This is dirty work performed outdoors - but you'll get hands-on preservation & project management experience.

Historic preservation experience preferred, although training is provided. This is dirty work performed outdoors, but it is a great way to get hands-on experience.

Students will work at the Save Our Cemeteries office (501 Basin Street) and in one of New Orleans' historic cemeteries.
Check-in at the site: Students will check in with their supervisor.
