Descriptions: Design and conduct survey to identify key factors that attracted current students/families to attend Wilson
Analyze strategic planning surveys (student, parent, faculty/staff) and create report
Research feeder schools: track former 8th grade class to identify which high schools they are attending (outreach to feeder schools; establish relationships)
Collect data on where Broadmoor residents are attending school
Drill down to research 26% in the neighborhood without the high school diploma; create pipelines to GED programs
Create pipelines to Pre-K/Headstart programs to identify future enrollees
