Descriptions: A Social Media Intern will help Kedila Family Learning Center more effectively utilize social media resources to promote and improve our programs.
Product of Partnership: A more established social media presence as well as a final project that will be displayed online and at the site, if applicable.
Final Product Special Instructions:A social media intern will oversee weekly blogging and facebook activity as well as develop a social media project that can be used to promote Kedila's programs.
This service activity is availble for Service learning students Intern students Volunteers.
Background Checks is Required. A police report is required and will be paid for by Kedila.
Students will be asked to bring the materials required to make their project if applicable (cameras, computers ect.)

Evaluations/surveys will be requested by community partner to be completed by students.
Evaluations will be used to improve our programs as well as our internship opportunities.
Students allowed to take pictures or video.
Close toed shoes, shirts with sleeves, pants at or past knees

Students will work both at Tulane on their own time, at Kedila's administrative offices as well as at Banneker.
Transportation options:Walking distance to Tulane
Check-in at the site: Yes. Students will need to check in with their supervisor whenever they are conducting service on site.
