Descriptions: New Orleans Outreach was established in 1993 to improve the quality of public education in New Orleans. We do this by linking volunteers and community resources through programs that respond to the needs of each school. Outreach is actively seeking a Non-profit Administration Management intern at the New Orleans Outreach main office. The intern will be responsible for creating program portfolios for all schools serving students in an afterschool capacity. These portfolios include pictures of students engaging in activities as well as a description of the activity being engaged. These portfolios are used to showcase the work being performed in the afterschool programs to N.O. Outreach stakeholders. The intern will gain valuable insight into the management of non-profit.

Students will work at the agency.

Supervision and Risk

Check-in at the site: Students will need to check in with their site supervisor upon arrival.
Students track their hours at site: Students will track their hours independently via timesheets.
