Descriptions: Intern will work with Evacuteer.org as we expand our organization and seek sustainability through fundraising, special events, neighborhood outreach, community partnerships and innovative development techniques.

Final Product Special Instructions:Intern will work with executive director and VISTA to build capacity of evacuteer.org. Intern will conduct neighborhood outreach, organize events to promote exposure of organization, communicate with community partners, and expand evacuteer.org's visibility throughout the community.

Requirements

Laptop
Evaluations/surveys will be requested by community partner to be completed by students.
Evacuteer.org will seek feedback from service learner in order to further their own experience as well as improve experience for future interns.
Students allowed to take pictures or video.

At main office of organization.
Transportation options:Public Transportation less than 45 ride from Tulane

Supervision and Risk

Check-in at the site: Communicate with VISTA and director of organization.
Students track their hours at site: Student will keep track of own hours.
