Descriptions: The Southern Food and Beverage Museum is a nonprofit living history organization dedicated to the discovery, understanding and celebration of the food, drink and the related culture of the South. As the museum expands to our new location we are planning on having an exhibit on the food history of each of the southern states. The collections/curatorial intern will research and collect artifacts and stories from a particular state to create an exhibit. The intern will be able to choose which state to focus on based on their interest or personal/family connection to that state.
