With a shared leadership model which develops school wide ownership, Lafayette Academy administrators, faculty, and staff will establish a creative and rigorous academic learning environment. Teachers will act as informed decision makers who will be supported creatively to meet the needs of their students.
The most essential short-term and long-term goal is increasing student performance. This will be accomplished by a strong shared leadership model which collects and analyzes student data and uses this data to drive instruction and professional development. Other short-term goals include increasing faculty retention and parental involvement since both are essential to improving student achievement.
