Puentes' mission is to build assets and create access to improve the lives of the Latino community living in New Orleans region. The organization is implementing programs to integrate Latinos into the mainstream of public, political and socioeconomic life: providing better educational opportunities; encouraging participation in all aspects of society; and offering a positive vision for the future.
