"The Downtown Neighborhood Improvement Association replaced the sod in the 1600 block of Esplanade Avenue. Future plans include an Art Walk and managed green space for residents to enjoy. The DNIA worked with Tulane students in this beautification effort and also canvassed neighbors from Rampart to Broad Street with information about participating in the Parkway Partners Neutral Ground Adoption program."
