The tower crane in use at the Zimple House project will be de-mobilized starting on Monday, January 27. As with the erection of the tower crane, a 200 ton crane is necessary for removal. This crane will occupy part of Zimple St. with outriggers. The tower crane will be loaded onto large transport trucks for final removal. This operation should complete by the end of Tuesday, January 28. Construction fencing will cover the operation and Flagmen will manage traffic on Broadway and Zimple during this process. Business interests in the area will be respected.
Normal Working Hours:
Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Saturday 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. (with 48 hour notice and university permission)
Sunday 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. (with 48 hour notice and university permission)
Contractor Access to Campus & Off Campus Buildings:
Contractors are required by their contract with the university, to observe all city ordinances with respect to site access.
