Federal Claim Management

CPREG provides planning, documentation and claim preparation for storm events impacting Tulane University. Our mission is to document damages to University facilities directly related to a storm event. This effort is performed in order for reimbursement to be requested through State and Federal Disaster Assistance Programs.

Departments who have experienced damage or loss of property due to Hurricane Isaac are to follow the procedures described in the 2012 Loss Report Instructions, including:

1. Use the forms and instructions (links at right) to report all losses believed to be related to Hurricane Isaac.
2. Appoint a department representative and liaison who will be responsible for coordinating data collection and preparation of reports, and for submitting all reports for your department.
3. Take photographs to document the damage.
4. Obtain required signatures and submit the forms as described in the instructions.
