Mission Statement: Support Tulane University's mission of creating, communicating and conserving knowledge though:

• Assisting in the development and execution of contractual agreements with external providers.
• Serving as the University repository for all fully executed contractual construction and design agreements.
• Providing status updates to Tulane University officials on the status of construction and design contractual agreements currently in force.
