Mandatory training is to be taken within 30 days of hire.  For those required to complete Billing Compliance education, mandatory training will count toward that requirement for the first year of hire only.  All quizzes and manual attestation forms should be faxed to 504-988-7777 or scanned as an e-mail attachment to the Compliance Coordinator.  Questions may be directed to the Compliance Coordinator at 504-988-7721.

     Appendix 3 is for faculty employees, BILLING providers, i.e., anyone who is a member of the 
     Tulane University Medical Group.

     Appendix 4 is for staff employees, NON-BILLING providers, i.e., anyone who is NOT a member of 
     the Tulane University Medical Group.
