Joyce K. Fred, MBA, MPA, ARM, CIC- Vice President, Insurance & Risk Management

Joyce has a bachelor's degree in International Business from Oregon State University and Master's in Business, Government and Not-for-Profit Management from Willamette University. She has over 30 years of experience in the insurance and risk management fields, working for insurance carriers/brokers, public entities and universities. She holds a current P&C insurance license and has received the Associate in Risk Management (ARM) certification and the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation.

William A. "Andy" Schroeder III, JD – Insurance Administrator

Andy has a bachelor's degree in international economics from the Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University and a law degree from Washington and Lee University. He is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association and has more than 40 years of experience in the insurance and risk management field working with national and international clients.

Anne-Gwin Duval, JD, CPCU – Risk Manager

Anne-Gwin has a bachelor's degree in psychology and a law degree from Louisiana State University. She also holds the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) professional insurance designation. She is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association and has over 20 years of experience in the legal, insurance and risk management fields.
