Our Intern Housing is conveniently located on Tulane's Uptown Campus. We provide secure housing within walking distance of public transportation and complimentary parking. All amenities and utilities are included in our nightly rates, including a semi-private bathroom in a furnished single room, access to laundry and kitchen facilities, and use of the region's best recreation facility. Our rates include electricity, air conditioning, cable, and ethernet and wireless access. Interns stay in their own community, providing them the opportunity to meet other students working and researching in New Orleans. Our University Conferences student staff is on-call in the case of an emergency, and our 24-hour desk can answer any questions you have.

Payment Options for Intern Housing

Our office offers two payment options for intern housing:
1) Guests can choose to pay in one lump sum before they arrive on campus or
2) Guests can pay a 30% deposit before their arrival, with the balance due within 10 days of receiving your final invoice. The 30% deposit will be credited to your final bill.

Payments can be made via check or credit card only. Print our credit card authorization form.
