CCC Graduate Student Travel Award

Who can apply

Any student in the CCC Program who has presented or has a paper accepted at a professional conference

What should the proposal include

Proposals should be no longer than one page in length (including budget) and include the following:

1. Your name
2. Date of admission into the CCC Program
3. Title of paper and abstract
4. Title of conference and title of panel or roundtable
5. Date of presentation
6. Location of conference
7. Detailed budget including: Anticipated expenses and Other sources of funding (if applicable)
   
8. Whether or not you have been previously funded by the GSTA

Proposals that do not include all of above information will not be considered.

Deadlines and Application

There will be fall and spring deadlines. Available funds will be allocated during the fall cycle and what is left over will be allocated in the spring.

An electronic version of the grant proposal must be submitted to Mary Enright (menrigh@tulane.edu) by the following deadlines:

• Fall -- September 1
• Spring -- February 1
  

Anticipated amount of funded awards

Students should anticipate funded awards between $350-700 (Depending on the available funds).
