Campus Climate Survey Results Email to Tulane.edu

January 31, 2018

Dear Tulane Community,

First, let me express my appreciation to all of you who participated in tonight’s Climate Survey Town Hall, whether you joined us in person at the Lavin-Bernick Center or the Downtown campus, or online. Ending sexual misconduct at Tulane is a tremendous challenge, but nothing gives me more hope that we can achieve our goal than your willingness to come together and show your support for one another, as you did tonight. Your compassion for our community is truly inspiring.

Our climate survey results are now available on the Wave of Change website, along with resources for support and reporting, details on our policies, and our action plan. I also encourage you to use this data visualization tool, which allows you to view and interact with the survey results.

As we move forward, transforming insights into action, our success in preventing sexual misconduct will be determined by our shared commitment to this cause. How will you help end sexual misconduct at Tulane? I urge each of you to answer this question with your #TUtogether commitment at one of the video booths in the LBC or submit your video online between February 1st and February 8th.

Lastly, we encourage you to share your thoughts and questions to letters@tulane.edu. Your input is deeply appreciated as we work together to end sexual misconduct at Tulane.

With admiration,

Mike
