Protect yourself from the flu this season by getting your annual flu shot. Student Health Services will provide vaccines to Tulane students, employees, and community members at a number of community vaccine clinics beginning Thursday, September 26. Cost is $20. Payment options include cash, credit/debit, check, and accounts receivable (available only to students). Insurance not accepted.
In addition, the Downtown Student Health Center has flu vaccines available every Monday and Thursday, 9:00am-12:00pm, beginning Thursday, September 19. For a complete schedule, please visit the inFLUence page on theWELL’s website.
The flu shot will not give you the flu. If you or someone else you know is experiencing flu-like symptoms such as fever, cough, muscle aches, sore throat, or loss of appetite, stay home and contact the Uptown Student Health Center at 504-865-8255 or Downtown Student Health Center at 504-988-6929.
Influence one another this semester by spreading the word, not the flu.
