Tulane University’s Unified Commencement Ceremony honors the graduates from all of the university's schools and colleges.
Anderson Cooper will be the Commencement speaker. Cooper anchors Anderson Cooper 360°, a provocative alternative on CNN/U.S. each weekday to the typical network evening newscast, going beyond the headlines to tell stories in-depth and from multiple points of view.
The ceremony features the pomp and circumstance expected of a traditional Commencement celebration but with a New Orleans twist. At this ceremony you can expect to see the procession of graduates and faculty, the keynote address from a prestigious speaker, the conferral of degrees and hear live jazz.
