Jimmy Huck, Moderator Assistant Director for Graduate Programs and Assistant Professor of Latin American Studies Stone Center for Latin American Studies, Tulane University Panelists include Tulane PhD candidate, Diana Soto who focuses on Latin American Economic Development at the Stone Center for Latin American Studies, local New Orleans Folk artist and Professor of Fine Arts at Southern University of New Orleans, Cynthia Ramirez, and local performer and member of the North Side Skull & Bones gang, Sunpie Barnes.
