Kayak to the Lake

Location: uptown campus
Paddle the length of Bayou St. John to Lake Ponchartrain. Bayou St. John combines scenic views of New Orleans historical landmarks with plenty of opportunity to experience nature and observe wildlife. We’ll put down our paddles midway through the tour, take a short walk to Lake Pontchartrain and admire its beauty and vastness. On a hot day, a dip in the lake is quite refreshing! Cost includes transportation, activity fee, and meal.
