The performing arts are in a state of flux, and the apparent boundaries of dance, performance, theater and visual arts are undergoing a profound realignment.  How are artists, educators and institutions responding to recent shifts in modes of production?  Gideon Lester will discuss current challenges and opportunities in the context of past and future projects from Crossing the Line, the festival he co-curates in New York City.
