Embracing the Boot: A Tour of Italian Food and Wine, featuring Renaissance Scholar, Prof Linda Carroll and Mitch Frank of Wine Spectator.
Enjoy a specially prepared three course meal paired with Italian wine especially selected by Mitch Frank.
1st Course: medallions of grilled yellow fin tuna atop a white bean anchovy salad of arugula.
2nd Course: pasta rags con sarde with roasted chicken.
3rd Course: braised lamb shanks a la roma and pickled potato.
