Tulane University's largest annual community service event, Outreach Tulane is coordinated by the Community Action Council of Tulane University Students (CACTUS) in collaboration with the Center for Public Service and the Office of Student Programs. This is a unique opportunity to serve New Orleans while also developing bonds with fellow students. This year marks the 20th anniversary of Outreach Tulane and the 5th anniversary of Hurricane Katrina.
