Tulane University's Office of Environmental Health & Safety (OEHS) is continuing their ergonomic awareness program.
Who should come? All members of the community that are interested in ergonomics awareness? If you or your family members use a computer at home, school, office, etc. you should come just to get ideas on how to make the placement of your computer more comfortable for the time you spend on it.
There will be door prizes, local area vendors with the latest products for demonstration, health care provider to answer questions and OEHS Staff members to address question and provide eductional information and materials on ergonomics.
Our goals are to provide ergonomic awareness, explore ergonomic lifestyle changes, and provide general ergonomic education to the masses. We are targeting ergonomic issues in the following ares: home, dormitory, laboratory, office and travel.
