Let's get real--you don't need a total transformation to do something good for your health.

The truth: leaving physical activity out of your routine can have long-term consequences for your health.  Not just extra pounds, but diabetes, heart disease, obesity, and arthritis are a few of the things you don't want to carry with you for the rest of your life.

But who has time to get physical?  Work, holidays, family--we're all busy with real life!

TUWellness invites faculty & staff to Fitting Fitness into Your Busy Day, a seminar presented by UnitedHealthcare.  In this session, you will:

  • Learn the benefits of physical activity
  • Identify ways to fit fitness into your normal day
  • Learn the components of a full fitness plan
  • Debunk some of the myths and misconceptions surrounding workouts (Good news!  Washboard abs not needed!)
