Andrew Ward, Tulane PhD Student, licensed tour guide and member of the Louisiana Historical Society, will explain the lesser known or outright ignored facets of New Orleans' bizarre and politically incorrect history. This tour will include visits to points of historical interest connected with debunking misperceptions of the Voodoo religion, frank discussions of alternative causes of the Civil War, the role of women, Black slave-owning Confederate soldiers, and much more.
Cost $25/person, advance registration reqired, space is limited to 20 people so register early!
