The series' Walter Wisznia Memorial Lecture presents Vishaan Chakrabarti, Marc Holliday Associate Professor of Real Estate Development, Columbia University GSAPP and Partner, SHoPArchitects.
In this presentation, Mr. Chakrabarti:
Presents and analyzes sustainable approaches to real estate development projects. Explores the triple bottom line of ecology, economy, and equity in sustainable practice. Analyzes creative project delivery methods in the construction process to create more sustainable projects. Examines building systems and finance strategies that make innovative work possible.
This event is free, open to the public and provides 1 hour of CEUs.
