Dinner time. You’re tired, hungry, and the last thing you want to do is figure out what to eat when you get home. That dollar menu is tempting, isn’t it? It’s quick, it’s easy, and it’s cheap.
Even if you want to make healthy food choices, you may feel like it costs an arm and a leg at the grocery store.
This month, TUWellness and UHC offer you ways to be healthy and save money in a seminar “`Healthy Food on a Budget.”
