Using portraiture to depict experiences of the country's multicultural populations, the exhibition features more than 60 multi-media works by first generation Americans and emerging new immigrant artists. Included are such internationally renowned artists as Luis Jimenez, Tomie Arai, Faith Ringgold, and the late Elizabeth Catlett.
