IT Forms

The IRB fees must be paid to the office through the use of the Tulane University IT form.  The IT form can be found here.

Fees

For Industry-Sponsored studies, the following fees are required:

Initial Submissions - $2,500

Continuing Reviews - $1,000

Fee Change

For any active Industry-Sponsored studies created prior to February 1, 2009, the Continuing Review fee will remain $750.
