The deadline time for all submissions on the deadline date is 3:00 pm. 

All submissions being provided to the Human Research Protection Office requiring either a Biomedical or Social/Behavioral IRB review must be submitted and determined to be complete as determined by the Human Research Protection Office on or before the date of the submission deadline.  Only submissions deemed complete by the HRPO by 3:00 p.m. on the date of the submission deadline will be considered for the subsequent IRB meeting date.   

Due to volume constraints, committee member availability, and unforeseen circumstances, some submissions and applications may be assigned to the subsequent committee meeting.  If your study is moved, the change will be reflected in IRBNet. 

The meeting dates and deadlines are only applicable for submissions under review by the convened IRBs.  Exempt and Expedited submissions are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
