ANIMAL ORDERING INFORMATION

The Department of Comparative Medicine (DCM) office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. and 12:30 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.  All animal orders and transportation must be processed through the DCM. Animals may only purchased on IACUC approved protocols that currently have animals remaining.  Also, an account authorization form must be on file with the DCM.  An online request must be completed for each animal order.  Online Animal Order Form.

Any procurement questions can be directed to the DCM office at 988-5211.

All requisitions, cancellations and changes must be received by the ordering deadline in order to be accommodated.

All orders placed after the ordering deadline will be placed the following week.
