Course Evaluation Reports

Course evaluation reports are made available to deans and department chairs approximately three days after the grade submission deadline.  Those with the appropriate permissions to view reports for departments or school may access the reports using these instructions.

Individual faculty members will receive their course evaluation reports approximately 10 days after the grade submission deadline. Faculty members will receive an e-mail alerting them that the report is available and instructing them on how to access the reports. Faculty members may access their individual reports using these instructions.

It is important to note that instructors cannot access the course evaluation results at any time during the administration period. The course evaluations are not linked to the course materials and instructors cannot identify the respondents.
